Request permanent deletion of your Trustmate freelancer account and associated personal data.

Data Deletion & Retention Policy

Data Deleted: Your profile information (name, email, phone number), profile photo, service details, work preferences, availability, saved addresses, documents uploaded for verification, app preferences, and notification records will be permanently removed.
Data Retained: Certain information, such as completed service records, invoices, payment/earning records, transaction history, and other financial or legal records, may be retained for the period required by applicable tax, GST, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other legal requirements.
Active Services: Any ongoing or pending service requests, bookings, disputes, or unsettled payments must be completed or resolved before account deletion can be finalized.
Processing Window: Once submitted, your account deletion request will be processed within 48 to 72 business hours.
After Deletion: Your Trustmate freelancer account will be permanently deactivated, and you will no longer be able to access your account, bookings, service history, or freelancer profile. Account deletion cannot be undone.
